The 2021 figures are annual advertised apartment price averages from Bayut & dubizzle’s 2021 sales report, rounded to the nearest dirham. The September 2026 figures and 12-month changes are from Bayut’s apartment price indicators for Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah, checked on 3 October 2026.
These are different market snapshots, with potentially different methods and property mixes. They are not a like-for-like appreciation calculation or a valuation, and do not establish the achieved sale price of a specific property. The 12-month changes come from the current indicator series only. Past price movements do not predict future results.
